Since its founding, Sola has consistently pursued an in-house development model, with all design and development carried out by our own employees, without subcontracting to third parties.
This philosophy was shaped by my own experience as a systems engineer prior to founding Sola. At that time, I strongly felt that in order to address the challenges of the multi-layer subcontracting structure prevalent in the IT industry, someone needed to initiate change from the ground up.
While this progress is certainly not attributable to our efforts alone, I believe that compared to more than a decade ago, the issues surrounding multi-tier subcontracting have gradually begun to improve.

We started as a two-person company, but over time our team has grown, and so has the scope of what we can deliver. Today, our capabilities extend from IT infrastructure to enterprise web systems, mobile application development, and VR/AR application development, among others.
Looking ahead, as IT technologies continue to evolve, work styles and lifestyles will also keep changing. Sola aims to remain a company that grows alongside these changes.

Staying true to the vision we set out with at our founding, we strive to be a company that supports IT infrastructure like the “sky” that gives rise to the “cloud” of IT services. At the same time, as a group of IT professionals, we are committed to developing our people, continuously refining our technical expertise, and contributing to local communities, culture, and industry.
