CSR(Corporate Social Responsibility)

Compliance Statement

Peace, Justice and Strong Institutions
We place the highest priority on compliance with laws and regulations and conduct our business with a strong sense of ethics.
As a responsible member of society, we comply with laws, regulations, and social norms, and by operating a transparent and fair business, we fulfill our social responsibilities and aim to earn the trust of all stakeholders and society. Through this, we will realize sustainable growth and contribute to society.

Initiatives on Employment and Human Rights

Quality Education Gender Equality Decent Work and Economic Growth Reduced Inequalities
1. Leveraging Diverse Talent
We respect diversity and are committed to prohibiting discrimination for any reason, including gender, nationality, and disability, while respecting human rights and creating an environment where diverse talent can thrive.
At Sola, employees from various cultural backgrounds and nationalities are actively contributing.
2. Development of Human Resource Training Systems
We focus on talent development and conduct planned education and training programs.
For new graduates, our onboarding training provides not only job-related knowledge but also develops the qualities, execution capability, and practical skills required as a working professional.
Thereafter, for one year, we provide ongoing support through a mentoring program and continuous OJT, as well as follow-up training every six months.
3. An Environment Where Anyone Can Succeed Regardless of Gender
We promote the development of an environment in which people can succeed regardless of gender.
We maintain a 100% rate of taking parental leave (for all genders) and returning to work afterward, and we also obtained Kurumin certification in 2021.
4. An Environment Where Older Employees Can Continue Working
To create an environment where older employees can continue working, we have established a system that removes the upper age limit for retirement rather than relying on rehiring. This enables employees to continue contributing without discrimination, as long as they can maintain performance, even after the typical retirement age.

Environmental Initiatives

Climate Action
In recent years, global warming has been said to disrupt the balance of ecosystems and have serious impacts on human living environments. Reducing CO2 emissions is an initiative that can directly contribute to mitigating global warming.
We will fulfill our corporate social responsibility to address global warming and, looking ahead to the transition to a sustainable business model, aim to reduce CO2 emissions by 33% (compared to 2017 levels) by around 2030.
