Margin Rate
Following the enforcement of the revised Worker Dispatching Act on October 1, 2012, staffing agencies (including our company) are required to disclose, after the end of each fiscal year, the ratio of the difference between the dispatch fees received from client companies and the wages paid to dispatched workers (margin rate) (Article 23, Paragraph 5 of the Act).In accordance with the law, we hereby disclose our margin rate for the most recent fiscal year.As of June 1, 2025.
