Employment and Human Rights Initiatives

1. Utilization of Diverse Human Resources
We respect diversity and strive to eliminate discrimination regardless of gender, nationality, disability, or any other factor. We also aim to create an environment where diverse talent can thrive.
Employees from various cultural backgrounds and nationalities are actively contributing within our company.
2. Development of Human Resource Training Systems
We place strong emphasis on human resource development and implement structured education and training programs.
For new employees, we provide training that develops not only business knowledge but also professional skills, execution ability, and adaptability.
During the first year, we offer mentoring, on-the-job training (OJT), and follow-up training every six months.
3. An Environment Where Everyone Can Succeed Regardless of Gender
We promote an inclusive workplace where all employees can succeed regardless of gender.
We maintain a 100% return-to-work rate after childcare leave for all employees and obtained Kurumin certification in 2021.
4. An Environment Where Older Employees Can Continue Working
We have abolished the mandatory retirement age, allowing employees to continue working without discrimination as long as they can perform effectively.
Environmental Initiatives

Recent global warming issues are said to disrupt the balance of ecosystems and have a serious impact on the living environment of humankind. Reducing CO2 emissions is an initiative that can directly contribute to curbing global warming.
We will fulfill our corporate social responsibility for addressing global warming and, with a view toward transitioning to a sustainable business model, aim to reduce CO2 emissions by 33% by around 2030 compared with 2017 levels.
